Responsibilities

Manage and maintain company administrative systems, ensuring data integrity and system availability

Monitor and troubleshoot system issues to ensure smooth operations

Coordinate with IT and other departments for system updates, upgrades, and maintenance

Ensure accurate documentation of processes, procedures, and system changes
- Support internal teams with system-related queries and provide training when required

Generate reports and analytics from administrative systems to assist management in decision-making
Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience managing administrative or enterprise systems

Strong knowledge of database management, ERP systems, or other administrative software

Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot system-related issues
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with multiple teams

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
