Responsibilities

Provide technical field support across different sites as required
- Monitor and verify the status of equipment, devices, and field operations
Report technical observations and operational issues to the concerned teams and follow up on their resolution-
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of assigned tasks

Assist in field surveys, data collection, and operational activities to support project requirements

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to field activities and equipment
Must Have

Experience in fieldwork or technical support is a plus

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Telecommunications, IT, or related field

Strong technical skills and effective problem-solving abilities
