To lead, manage, and take full ownership of all marketing content and campaign execution across company platforms, from planning and copy development to publishing, monitoring, and optimization. The role ensures that all marketing messages are clear, consistent, and aligned with the brand voice and commercial objectives. It focuses on translating company services and offers into customer-focused content, supporting awareness, engagement, and conversion goals, while continuously monitoring performance, analyzing results, and providing insights that contribute directly to business growth and revenue generation.
Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all marketing copy and content across platforms

Write, review, and approve key campaign copy

Craft strong hooks and opening lines that immediately capture attention
- Translate technical services (fiber internet, mobile app features, offers) into clear, persuasive, customer

Ensure consistency of tone, clarity, and brand voice across all content

Review, edit, and approve all content before publishing
Must Have

4–5 years proven experience in marketing content creation and copywriting

Strong writing skills: clear, persuasive, conversion-focused content

Experience managing content execution across multiple platforms

Solid understanding of marketing objectives, funnels, and customer behavior

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
- High attention to detail, ownership, and accountability

Must have own car for work-related travel
