Team Leader - Sales

Babylon, Iraq

To supervise the sales team responsible for promoting and selling Fiber to the Home (FTTH) Internet service in Babylon Governorate.
The position aims to ensure that sales goals are met by managing field operations, assigning sales territories, monitoring daily performance, and motivating the team to attract new subscribers while maintaining a professional company image and high-quality customer interactions.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage the field sales team in Babel Governorate to ensure daily and monthly sales targets are achieved
  • Motivate and train team members on sales techniques, persuasion, and customer handling
  • Prepare and submit periodic sales reports to the Sales Manager
  • Ensure the team adheres to company policies and procedures during field operations
  • Coordinate with the Customer Service and Technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Handle field issues or customer complaints promptly and professionally

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Internet or Telecommunications sector
  • Proven experience in managing or leading a field sales team
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Babel areas and field sales strategie

Nice to have

  • Good understanding of Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) technology and service operations
  • Strong negotiation skills and high ability to persuade and close sales deals
  • Having a private vehicle for easier field mobility
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with customers and local institutions
